Guests are responsible for all additional costs, including but not limited to:

• Resort fees (typically charged per night, per room)
• Include transportation to and/or from resort

These fees are paid directly to the resort.

• Specific resorts are not guaranteed at the time of booking
• Comparable accommodations may be provided based on availability

Additional nights, rooms, or upgrades may be purchased for an additional fee, depending on the resort group and availability at the time of booking or prior to arrival.

10. Bonus Vacation Incentive

The bonus vacation is a separate incentive provided by Replenish Travel and is not affiliated with the resort provider.
• Issued only after confirmed attendance at the required resort presentation
• No presentation is required for the bonus vacation
• Activation fees, taxes, and additional charges apply
• Must be activated within the specified timeframe
• Travel must be completed within the validity period (typically within 18 months)
• One incentive per household
The bonus vacation:
• Has no cash value
• Is non-transferable
• Cannot be combined with other offers
Failure to attend the required presentation will result in forfeiture of the bonus vacation.

Travelers are responsible for:
• Valid passports and travel documentation
• Transportation to and/or from resort.
• Compliance with all resort policies and requirements

This promotion is not available to individuals who:
• Work in the travel, hospitality, or timeshare industry
• Have recently attended a similar presentation within restricted timeframes
• Reside in restricted locations (including Quebec or Puerto Rico)
